YCH 303 Trial is a Cryo Hops® blend crafted by Yakima Chief, synergistically combined with Phantasm® powder. The fusion of Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic cryo hops creates a fruity cocktail of flavors. The yeast used supports the maximum potential for biotransformation, while the malt composition provides a smooth and grainy mouthfeel enriched with the goodness of oat flakes.

Idaho 7 is a hop variety from the USA with a unique aromatic profile. We were so impressed by it that we decided on a single-hop batch, in which we used a combination of classic and cryo versions of hops. See for yourself the result, cheers.

Nectaron combined with Citra creates an incredibly fruity palette of flavors at the forefront with nectarine, peaches, pineapple, mango and citrus. The unique hop character is accompanied by a smooth & dry body texture and medium bitterness.

New England IPA dominantly hopped with the new rising star among hops – Strata. The beer is accompanied by the heady dank aroma of strawberries, citrus, mango and sticky weed. Adventures #9 refers to the beginnings of the NEIPA style, which we envision as combining an intense aroma with a coarse and complex hop expression.

New England IPA with cryogenically processed Citra hops takes the experience of this amazing hop one step further. Citrus notes turn into ripe sweet tropical fruits (melon, mango, lychee). A perfectly drinkable juicy beer with a light crisp body.

The combination of Talus + Citra hops is simply great. A complex citrus aroma full of grapefruit and orange is complemented by pomelo and some cedar wood. Fine flaky structure, light orange cloudy color, juiciness, high drinkability and pleasant bitterness in the finish.

The combination of Sultana, Galaxy and Citra hops brings distinct notes of citrus, pineapple and peach. Adventures #6 is tuned for summer – dry, pleasantly bitter, very drinkable, yet full and juicy. The Verdant IPA yeast supports the hop character and adds another layer of fruitiness to the taste palette.

Thick and cloudy hop "juice" with an even larger portion of oatmeal and aromatic hops. Adventures #5 is hopped with a blend of cryogenically processed CRYO POP™ hops from American growers Yakima Chief. This blend is very aromatic, giving the beer pleasantly sweet notes of tropical fruit, citrus and stone fruits.

New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops add notes of white wine, tropical fruit and a bit of resin to the hazy cloudy beer. Australian Galaxy hops come second with distinct notes of citrus, mango and ripe pineapple.

Sabro and Citra are some of the most popular modern American hop varieties. Together they create a rich aroma and taste of tropical fruits and citrus, Sabro also adds notes of coconut. We used Verdant IPA yeast for fermentation, which supported the hop character and aroma beautifully. The resulting beer is dry, juicy and properly cloudy.

6,5 % ALK. / 30 IBU / Zappa + Amarillo Cryo
The NEIPA Adventures series is mainly about exploring new aromatic hops. This time we chose the ZAPPA variety as the dominant hops, which create strong fruit tones of mango, passion fruit, citrus and mint. We also added 20% AMARILLO Cryo for a complex aroma of tropical fruit and citrus. The beer is drier, juicy and pleasantly bitter.

The first in a series of hoppy and cloudy adventure. The taste is beautifully juicy, full and dense. Idaho 7, Idaho Gem and Citra hops give the beer notes of ripe fruit, especially apricot, papaya and wild strawberry.
