IPA VARIETY
Research of IPA beer style in different varieties.
IPA VARIETY #4 MILKSHAKE NEIPA
6,2 % ALK. / 25 IBU / GALAXY + MOTUEKA + CITRA
This time we looked into the Milkshake NEIPA phenomenon. Lactose adds fullness, softness and above all complexity to the used malts and flakes. We also looked for complexity in the composition of hops that we selected across the continents - we used Australian Galaxy, New Zealand Motueka and American Citra hops.
IPA VARIETY #3 SESSION IPA
5,4 % ALK. / 50 IBU / EKUANOT + CITRA + IDAHO 7
Sunny days and session IPA go well together. We kept our standard with a generous dose of hops. A dry and clear malt profile supports endless drinkability. The taste is dominated by citrus notes, from the sweet pulp to the bitter peel.
IPA VARIETY #2 WEST COAST IPA
6,9 % ALK. / 75 IBU / CHINOOK + IDAHO 7 + EL DORADO
A dry West Coast IPA with a bitterness of 75 IBU. The IPA Variety Series explores the style of India Pale Ale, and that's exactly how we imagine one of the greatest classics. Chinook + Idaho 7 + El Dorado bring hoppy fruitiness with some resin.
IPA VARIETY #1 DOUBLE DDH HAZY IPA
7,5 % ALK. / 100 IBU / CITRA + SABRO + COLUMBUS
A Double IPA from the new IPA Variety series that explores the India Pale Ale style in different forms. A strong and juicy bomb full of hoppy notes of tropical fruit, citrus and coconut. Strong double dry hopping with Citra and Sabro hops complements the distinct bitterness of Columbus hops.
