DEMONS HAZY IPA
Collaboration with Craft Bejby (CZ) 6,4 % ALK. / 70 IBU / Idaho 7 + Nelson Sauvin + Citra
Collaboration with beerfluencer and homebrewer Ema Reisenauerová aka Craft Bejby. Together, we crafted a recipe for a hazy and juicy IPA, combining massive dry-hopping with intense bitterness. Our inspiration was drawn from the early days of the Hazy IPA style. The beer is built on Idaho 7 and Nelson Sauvin hops, complemented by a touch of Citra.
DWARF NEIPA
Collaboration with Eva Rotreklová (CZ) 6,3 % ALK. / 35 IBU / Mosaic + Citra + Nelson Sauvin
Collaboration with visual artist Eva Rotreklová. Dwarf is a NEIPA built on Mosaic, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin hops. Flavors are dominated by notes of mango, peach, mandarins, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla. For the first time, we've also utilized non-fermenting ISY Enhance™ yeast, reducing hop bitterness and enhancing the body, flavor, and drinkability of the beer..
GOLDEN NECTARON APA
Collaboration with homebrewers Anna Petrová & Zdeněk Trávníček (CZ) 5,5 % ALK. / 55 IBU / Nectaron
Collaboration with talented homebrewers Anna Petrová and Zdeněk Trávníček. We brewed their winning single-hop recipe Nectaron APA. With this beer, they took first place in the homebrewing competition Plzeňský Mazák '23, and we joyfully brewed a 10 hl batch together to share the fantastic taste of fresh Nectaron harvest with you.
BROUHAHA NEIPA
Collaboration with Moon Lark (PL) 6,3 % ALK. / 30 IBU / Cashmere Cryo + Citra + Phantasm Powder
Moon Lark is one of Poland's newest craft breweries, quickly establishing itself as one of the most progressive and interesting breweries. Together with Paweł, we designed a recipe for NEIPA hopped with Cashmere Cryo and Citra, we also added Phantasm Powder to the fermentation to release additional aromatic substances.
TAUPO NEW ZEALAND IPA
Collaboration with Stoke Brewery & NZHops (NZ) 6,3 % ALK. / 30 IBU / Nelson Sauvin + Riwaka + Motueka + Nectaron
Double cooperation with brewmaster Ondra from the New Zealand brewery Stoke and hop growers NZ Hops. Taupo is a New Zealand IPA, double dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Motueka and Nectaron. Cloudy, full and fruity juiciness with a smooth structure and a unique New Zealand terroir hop profile.
WAKAPUAKA NEW ZEALAND PILSNER
Collaboration with Stoke Brewery & NZHops (NZ) 5,2 % ALK. / 40 IBU / Wai-Iti + Nelson Sauvin
The cooperation of a Czech and a New Zealand brewery gave us the opportunity to brew Wakapuaka beer, which symbolically combines the attributes of a Czech lager with aromatic New Zealand hops, the Wai-Iti and Nelson Sauvin varieties. A dry and complex pale lager with clean bitterness and tropical, citrus and slightly herbal notes.
CLOUD CHASERS NEIPA
Collaboration with Sofia Electric Brewing (BG) 6,6 % ALK. / 35 IBU / Talus + Sabro Cryo
Sofia Electric Brewing brews an inspiring NEIPA. With Simeon we put together a recipe and brewed one at our brewery. By combining Talus + Sabro Cryo hops, boosted by Phantasm Powder, we achieved extra intense fruity notes of ripe pineapple, grapefruit and coconut. A thick structure with a full and slightly creamy body.
POWDER RANGERS THIOLIZED IPA
Collaboration with Voodoo Craft Brewery (SK) 5,9 % ALK. / 50 IBU / Mandarina + Citra + Cascade
Together with Radovan from Voodoo Craft Brewery, we set out to explore the phenomenon of Thiolized IPA. Phantasm Powder is made from the skins of Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Marlborough region and contains thiol precursors that enhance the hop aroma rich in fruit notes. Hopped with Mandarina, Citra and Cascade.
SOM HAZY IPA
Collaboration with Maťo SomPivo (SK) 6,0 % ALK. / 70 IBU / Talus + Ekuanot Cryo
Maťo aka SomPivo is a Slovak popularizer of craft beer. Together we came up with the recipe for the ideal modern IPA. The main attributes of this beer are haze, bitterness, fullness and aroma. Talus brings grapefruit and tangerine, Ekuanot follows with notes of papaya and lime.
SLEEPWALKING DDH IPA COFFEE + CASCARA
Collaboration with Falkon Brewery (CZ) 6,2 % ALK. / 35 IBU / Strata Cryo + HBC 630 + Citra
Together with Falkon, we brewed something special for the brewery's 11th birthday. We chose anaerobically processed coffee, freshly roasted for us at Rusty Nails. We also chose a pleasantly fruity cascara in a ratio of 2:1. For the cherry, forest fruit and citrus profile, we decided on a hop combination of Strata Cryo, HBC 630 and Citra for DDH.
SEDM MILKSHAKE NEIPA
Collaboration with taproom Sedm° (CZ) 7,0 % ALK. / 35 IBU / Riwaka + Talus + Strata
Milkshake NEIPA with lactose and a huge portion of oatmeal. The combination of Riwaka + Talus + Strata hops is absolutely stunning. For even greater fullness and a deep orange color, we used seven types of malt. Brewed in collaboration with the Prague taproom Sedm°.
YOWZA! DDH NEIPA
Collaboration with VIK Brewery (CZ) 7,2 % ALK. / 30 IBU / Cryo Pop + Citra
YOWZA! DDH NEIPA hopped with Cryo Pop and Citra. Cooperation of VIK Brewery and NOZIB Special Brews. Beautiful haze and light orange color, a whole range of fresh fruits in the aroma, the taste bursts tropical fruits led by mango and pineapple along with notes tangerine, lime and a touch of creamy coconut.
OBSIDIAN NEIPA
Collaboration with APEX (CZ) 6,5 % ALK. / 40 IBU / Talus + Mosaic Cryo
New England IPA full of Talus and Mosaic Cryo hops. The dominant Talus brings strong aromas of grapefruit, tropical fruit and some wood and coconut. Mosaic Cryo is complemented by a tangerine, papaya and mango tones. All this juiciness on a beautifully smooth juicy malt base supplemented with oatmeal and wheat. Brewed in collaboration with fashion brand APEX .
